    Is this comfy enough to not use a separate sleeping pad?

    That depends on your standards, expectations and what you're used to. For a cot it is amazingly comfortable. Don't need any additional mattrass pad for outdoor, warm and soft. But compared to a family bed, it is a little hard.

    Does it easy to carry?

    Yes, it folds to 1/3 size. It may be a little heavy, but also easy to carry.

    Can I adjust all the legs and use the cot in a higher mode?

    Unfortunately can't. You can use the adjustable legs to make the cot to be comfortable on uneven ground. But if all the legs are adjusted to the longest mode, it may damage the steel pipe, the load bearing capacity will also decrease.
